A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sarah - yoga teacher, ocean lover, wellness guide, and the heart behind Willow by the Waves.
For more than a decade, I’ve been helping people reconnect with themselves through movement, breath, mindfulness, and time spent in nature. My path began with yoga, completing my first 200-hour teacher training in Denver in 2015 and eventually earning my 500-hour certification in Prana Vinyasa. Along the way, I’ve also trained in Yin, Restorative, SUP Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Aerial, and Children’s Yoga, and have co-taught a 300-hour yoga teacher training.
My work has continued to evolve beyond the mat. I’m also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Reiki Level 2 practitioner, and lifelong believer in the healing power of slowing down, getting outside, and reconnecting with the natural world.
After years in Colorado and Southern California, life eventually carried me to the coast of South Florida - and so much of what I love naturally found its way to the water. Today, I blend yoga, breathwork, paddleboarding, conscious snorkeling, and coastal wellness experiences to help people find a little more presence, playfulness, and flow.
I care deeply about our oceans and the planet we share, and sustainability is woven into both my life and my work. When I’m not teaching or guiding, there’s a very good chance you’ll find me in the ocean, on a paddleboard, wandering the beach, or picking up whatever trash I find along the way.I’m so glad you found your way here. I can’t wait to meet you — and help you find your own flow.
